Decide where the text will go.
A plate, an award face and a base have different space and production requirements. Ask which method and position the selected model supports. Do not assume every surface can be engraved in the same way.
Supply one checked inscription list.
Provide recipient name, achievement, event and year in the intended order. Check spelling before approval and identify repeated wording separately from text that varies by recipient. Use model references to prevent an inscription being assigned to the wrong award.
Approve the actual artwork proof.
The on-screen inscription tool illustrates wording only. Production artwork needs a confirmation of type, placement and available area on the chosen item. Confirm the final specification and order costs in writing before production is authorised.
